Derby Cathedral has been awarded a grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund

Derby Cathedral has been awarded a £244,401 grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund to build greater resilience across its organisational, financial, and environmental practices.

This vital funding will support the creation of four strategic documents that will shape the delivery of the Cathedral’s Strategic Development Plan. These plans will help safeguard the historic fabric of the building, improve accessibility and visitor experience, and strengthen the Cathedral’s role as a hub for heritage, education, and spiritual reflection.
