Cathedrals Measure 2021

All English Cathedrals will be dual regulated by the Church Commissioners and the Charity Commission by the end of April 2024.  This means Derby Cathedral will become a registered charity.  It is a two stage process; to reach Certificate Date 1 where our new constitution and statutes come into force and then Certificate Date 2 where we will become registered with the Charity Commission.  In January 2024, we achieved Certificate Date 1 and our new constitution and statues can be downloaded using the links below.  We will reach Certificate Date 2 by 9^th April when the process will be complete.
