The Dean of Derby, Dr John Davies, said today; ‘The Bishop of Derby is a member of the House of Lords with a close care for the good governance of this country. He is also immersed in the Christian story, living closely with the themes of Christ’s passion, death and resurrection. In his Holy Week addresses the two strands will come together. All will be very welcome to this intriguing series of talks.’
