Your Voice Matters – Help Shape the Future of Our Cathedral!

We are delighted to announce that our Cathedral is one of just six across the country invited to take part in a national research project exploring the social, cultural, and spiritual role cathedrals play in today’s society. This important study is being led by THEOS, a respected research organisation, and commissioned by the Association of English Cathedrals.

The first phase of the project is a short survey running throughout September. Whether you’re visiting for worship, reflection, tourism, or any other reason, we warmly invite you to take part. You can complete the survey using the link or QR code below, and you’ll also find posters around the Cathedral encouraging participation.

It only takes a few minutes – and by taking part, you’ll be entered into a draw to win a £75 gift voucher!

In November, THEOS researchers will be on-site for three days, inviting visitors to complete a more detailed questionnaire. All responses will be carefully analysed, and the findings shared with us. This data will be invaluable in helping the Chapter and Cathedral team understand and communicate the impact we have on our communities and beyond.
