8.30 pm – The Derbyshire Pipers will perform underneath the Peace Doves in the Cathedral
9.35 pm – The Derbyshire Pipers will perform Due Regnare on a stage on Cathedral Green.
9.40 pm – A specially written bugle call.

9.45 pm – Lighting of the beacon – accompanied by a choir singing Song for the Commonwealth
