The Power of Volunteering: A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for the Voluntary and Community Sector.

To take place on Sunday 9th June 2024, 14:30 at Derby Cathedral.

A year after the Coronation of King Charles III, at the end of National Volunteers Week and during the Big Help Out weekend, this service will highlight the power of volunteering in the local communities of Derbyshire and Derby.

As volunteers and groups across the sector we will be joined by the Crescendo Community Choir and by Derby Cathedral’s Voluntary Choir, and also by those who will reflect with us on their experience of volunteering.
