Pam Sidhu returns with her mindfulness sessions to help you reduce the mental chatter and experience the moment. Mindfulness has many scientifically proven benefits, to name but a few it can help to reduce stress, anxiety and improve quality of sleep.

Using techniques to tune into the present moment, and be alert to all senses, you will experience how to take charge of the mind and thought processes.

A wonderful way to relax and stay present.
